How to buy STONK

STONK is a Solana SPL token traded in decentralised pools. Buying it means holding SOL in a Solana wallet and swapping by contract address.

Short answer

Fund a Solana wallet with SOL, open a swap interface (your wallet's built-in swap, or a DEX aggregator), paste the verified STONK mint address instead of searching the ticker, check the price impact and confirm. Keep a small SOL balance behind for network fees and the token account rent.

Where STONK trades

STONK's liquidity lives in Solana pools; the venues and their depth change over time. Our price page lists the largest pools currently tracked for the verified mint, with links. We do not claim any centralised exchange listing: check an exchange's own market list before believing a third-party claim about one.

Costs to expect

CostWho charges itNotes
Network feeSolanaVery small, rises with priority fees during congestion.
Pool trading feeThe poolSet per pool. StonkFun launches use 1% or 2% pools; other venues differ.
Price impact and slippageThe marketNot a fee, but usually the largest real cost on a thin pool.
Token account rentSolanaA small deposit, refundable if you later close the empty account.
Can I buy STONK with a credit card?
Not directly. On-ramps sell you SOL or a stablecoin; the STONK purchase itself is a swap you make afterwards.
My swap failed. What happened?
The usual causes are too little SOL left for fees, slippage tolerance set below the current volatility, or a stale quote. Refresh the quote, leave a SOL buffer, and retry with a slightly higher tolerance — but understand that a high tolerance accepts a worse price.
Should I buy STONK?
We do not give financial advice or price predictions. A platform token's value depends on the platform's ongoing activity, which can stop. Only risk what you can lose entirely.
